Making Changes?
Please contact Savanna Oaks Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to submit your project plans if you are considering a new deck, shed, roof,
fencing, siding or other changes to the exterior of your home. You should allow two weeks for approvals, but usually the process takes no longer than 48 hours. See the ARC's FAQ link for additional information on submitting your plans.

Welcome New Board Members
We are fortunate to have four new members on the Savanna Oaks Board of Directors. Welcome John Danio, Andy Heyer, Tim Molgren, and Sid Priyadarshi. Each brings a unique perspective and skillset to the board. A big thank you goes out to Scott Leis, Kelli Lynch and Robert Kalman for their years of service. Fixing Mailboxes and Stands
Our mailboxes and stands take a beating over the winter months. If your mailbox wood support structure is broken, rotten, damaged or modified, please send an email to president@savannaoaks.com. In order to maintain consistent quality standards, the homeowners association will arrange for these repairs to be made and in most cases the HOA will cover the costs. Residents are responsible for replacing damaged or lost mailboxes. New boxes should match existing boxes and no personalization is allowed.

Dues
Invoices in the amount of $250 were mailed recently. If you have any questions, please contact Andy Heyer at treasurer@savannaoaks.com. Dues can be mailed to Savanna Oaks Homeowners Assoc. at P.O. Box 314, Savage, MN 55378
